Method
Take your steak out of the fridge 20 mins before cooking and leave it to rest
Get some heat on a dry hot white pan for about 4 mins
Add oil to the steak not the pan
Cook for 4-7 minutes either side to seal it to keep the moisture in
Then pop it in the oven for about 20-30 minutes depending on how you prefer your steak cooked
Stab it and see what colour the meat is.
Allow 20 mins cooking time per 500 grams
Serve with salad and new potatoes or chunky chips and veg!
