Ingredients
- 100g Self Raising Flour
- 100g Dark Chocolate pieces
- 75g tinned chickpeas – reserve the water too
- 50g coconut oil
- 50g light brown sugar
- 8g crushed flax seed
Method
- Blend flaxseed, sugar and coconut oil together to make a paste
- Sift in flour
- Crush chickpeas with fork and add to mix, some can stay coarse.
- Add chocolate and stir in a little of the chickpea water until a dough forms.
- Separate into bun tins and bake at 170*C for 10-15 minutes depending on bun size.
Leave to cool, however, if like me you can’t…. enjoy them hot while the chocolate is gooey!
