Ingredients
- 500g peeled and chopped potatoes
- 500g peeled and chopped swede
- 50g butter
- 75ml double cream
- Sea salt
- White pepper
- Chopped fresh chives
Method
Boil potato and swede until tender then drain
Mash thoroughly, add butter and cream and seasoning to taste
Stir through chopped chives
Cook haggis as per manufacturer’s instructions which you’ll find on the Haggis from our butchers.
